Evaluation
We will first evaluate the extent of your damage. We will tell you what parts of your building or home already have been affected by mold growth and where you can avoid mold problems through comprehensive drying. When mold growth is visible, or otherwise found to be present, we will help guide you though the remediation process.
Planning
When the evaluation is completed we will develop a comprehensive project plan consistent with industry standards and applicable regulations. A program of drying, demolition, and measurement will be implemented.
Drying
We will use state-of-the-art dehumidification and drying techniques to remove moisture, therefore, prohibiting mold growth. We will engineer a pressurized system with advanced HEPA filtration to contain air inside mold contaminated areas. We use the most advanced monitoring equipment during all aspects of recovery.
Documentation
Once drying and mitigation has been completed, we will document that the area has been thoroughly dried and re-mediated. We will work with third-party health professionals using post abatement testing to establish that the project has been completed successfully.
