Last July, we were notified by our property watch company of a water back up in our main floor 2 BR/2B condo. From the pictures he sent us ( we are Canadian owners living about 2500 miles north), and through discussion we realized we had a major disaster.When I contacted our insurance agent, I asked him to recommend a company that could start the task of cleaning up the water and removing anything that had been damaged by the water back up.I spoke with Lyle that night and explained the circumstances surrounding the flood. Rapid Response was at our condo the next day to look over the extent of the damage and report back to us. It is difficult enough to deal with a problem when you are a resident and there 24/7, but when you live a great distance away, the challenges multiply.Lyle was extremely patient and maintained his sense of humor for the many calls we made to him over the next few months – this went a long way in helping us deal with the stress.While Rapid Response was initially contracted only for water mitigation, we retained Lyle to complete the entire refit and repair of our winter home. Trust was a big factor in our decision but with his professional contacts and valuable suggestions, the restoration was finally completed. While there were a few minor bumps along the way( sub contractor), Lyle made sure that our concerns were quickly addressed. We finally got to see the finished product in December when we came to Phoenix to spend Christmas and New Year.Our condo looked amazing and we were very happy with the completed restoration.Guests in our condo have also expressed how great our condo looks.
